About
Michael Kennedy is an Emmy Award-winning writer-director and VFX Supervisor with nearly three decades in film and television. He spent eight years at Industrial Light & Magic, with credits on Star Wars, Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean, and was part of the team that won the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects for The Jungle Book.
Today he writes and directs original comedy and genre work — including the award-winning pilot Out of Adventure — while supervising visual effects for film and TV. He's based in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
